I will discuss formulas of generators of the center of the completed quantum affine algebra in type A at the critical level. They are associated with primitive idempotents of the Hecke algebra and parameterized by Young diagrams.

The oceanic flow consists of motions of distinctive scales across which energy transfers. This talk consists of two topics. The first problem we consider is obtaining energy flux across scales from measured data, which can be achieved by analyzing the third-order structure functions.
