In this presentation, we present a fourth-order conservative semi-Lagrangian (SL) finite vol-ume (FV) weighted essentially non-oscillatory (WENO) scheme without operator splitting for two-dimensional linear transport equations with applications of kinetic models including the nonlinear Vlasov-
